In addition to the option you have as a seller on Learnine Mall to “Ask to Admin” when you want to make an inquiry, you can also open a support ticket as a customer of Learnine Mall. If you have purchased a product or are using the platform as a customer and you have any issues that you need to be resolved, you can click on “Open a Support Ticket” in order to raise the issue and your ticket will be responded to within 24 hours.
